Bahnhofstrasse | Train station (goods shed, residential building) | In 1893 the narrow gauge line of the Franzburger Kreisbahnen to Stralsund went into operation. The Kleinbahn received a separate station east of the standard gauge station. The company ended in 1971. The facilities of the narrow-gauge railway were to the east of those of the standard-gauge railway and have largely been dismantled. The core of the station building is a two-story brick building with a mezzanine , to which a single-story goods shed is attached to the north and a two-story residential building to the south. It is empty and expired (as of August 2016). |
