Railway station formerly small train | Altefähr station was originally located west of today's station on Strelasund, where there was a ferry connection to Stralsund. The facilities were relocated with the construction of the Rügen dam. The facilities of the narrow-gauge railway were located south of the standard gauge. To the east of the narrow-gauge station there is a residential building (Am Bahnhof 4) and the listed former service building Am Bahnhof 5. |
