List of monuments in Mozambique
The list of monuments of Mozambique includes the monuments of the South African country of Mozambique that are named on the basis of Law 10/88 of 1988. Article 3 of the law defines eight types of movable cultural monuments and four types of non-movable monuments: monuments ( monumentos ), building ensembles ( conjuntos os grupos de edifícios ), places ( locais ou sitios ) and natural elements ( elementos naturais ).
According to the head of the monument administration, Marcos Laíce, the administration does not know how many monuments there are in Mozambique. For this reason, the following list should not be regarded as incomplete; it is based on two documents from the Mozambican Ministry of Culture.
