around 1800 Landscape-defining half-timbered building in good original condition, of importance in terms of house and social history, of importance in terms of building history.

Side building on the street side - gatehouse - built around 1800. Solid ground floor, upper floor half-timbered with partly curved struts in corner compartments, solid in the gate area, large sliding door, very beautiful original center pivot window on the courtyard side, closure with a crooked hip roof. The house has been handed down in very good original condition. Through this and through the construction method typical of the time, it documents rural building trade and rural working and living conditions at the time of its creation. The monument value is then derived from the building and socio-historical significance of the house. Due to its isolated location, this building in particular has a decisive influence on the landscape. (LfD / 2012)

Both: gate passage, half-timbered upper floor, solid ground floor,

  • First side building: Curved struts in corner compartments, massive in the door area, large sliding door, very beautiful, original window, crooked hip roof,
  • Rear side building: Presumably damaged by fire in the neighboring building, half-timbering partially massively replaced, possibly also alterations to the roof structure - cancellation in 2012.

  • Barn: One-storey, half-timbered, a solid gable, threshing floor with a clay coating, partition walls between threshing floor and bansen preserved, a passage, large wooden gates, gable roof, double-standing chair - collar beam roof, cellar - two small barrel-vaulted potato cellars, rubble stone masonry.

(Barn structurally changed significantly in 2009 - among other things, roof structure demolished and then expanded for apartments - therefore deleted in 2009)

  • Massive archway as access to the courtyard (between the barn and the house) - demolished in 2009.

  • Barn: One-storey half-timbered building, around 26 m × 12 m, infill partially replaced by brick masonry, roof protruding around 0.9 meters on the courtyard side, there clay infill, collar beam roof with lying chair, collar beams with joists.
