Dietrich rye mill; Dietrichmühle; Niedermühle Graupzig (residential mill building with water wheel and mill technology) Graupzig 37
(map)
re. 1893 In addition to the Brendelmühle in the district of Ziegenhain, the last of originally 18 mills on the Ketzerbach, with complete, originally preserved mill equipment, significant and unique in terms of local history and technology history.

The mill worked until 1991/92. In 1938 a major renovation took place, especially inside. The date 1893 is above the entrance door. The mill building shows the usual structure of a grain mill with a gear cellar / transmission cellar, roller frame floor, tube floor, classifier floor and pointed floor. The technology has been preserved completely and in very good condition. In the gear basement there is a horizontal gear (stuff) and the main transmission. On the floor of the roller mill there is a grinder with a vibrating shoe, a crushing machine from the Jehmlich brothers from Nossen from 1948, a roller mill from the Seck company before 1900 and a grinding machine from the Jehmlich company from 1938. There is also a flour mixing machine from the Jehmlich company . The tube bottom shows a hopper, a pre-cleaning container and two filter cabinets (aspiration) for milling and flour production, as well as a standing meal and bran mixing machine from Jehmlich. A plan sifter (two-part one-box sifter) from the Jehmlich company from around 1925 and various cleaning machines from the Jehmlich brothers: aspirator, peeling machine, brush screw and trieur are located on the sifter base. Grain and regrind are transported exclusively by elevators. Their heads are on the floor of the classifier, their feet in the gear box. A lying flour mixing machine (probably also from the Jehmlich company) extends over the roller frame and tube base. An overshot waterwheel, reconstructed in 1984, appears on the outer wall.
