Residential stable house, stable building and side building of a former four-sided courtyard, with an archway Mutzschwitz 1
(map)
re. 1787 Stately, massive residential stable house with segment arch portal, steep pitched roof with two arched windows in the gable, stable building on the upper floor half-timbered, largely closed, preserved courtyard, of architectural and economic importance.

The property is a former large four-sided courtyard, of which the barn no longer stands. The stable house, which according to the arching stone dating from 1787 in the segmental arch portal, is still preserved, the front entrance portal, according to the arching stone it dates from 1790, the side building, which still has visible half-timbering - more towards the courtyard than the land side - and also a stable building from the end 19th century. Originally the courtyard consisted of four parts and also had two gate entrances, on the village side and the field side, the latter gate entrance is unfortunately no longer available. Despite the loss of the barn, the courtyard with its preserved buildings is a remarkable monument of folk architecture. In addition, at this altitude - the courtyard seems to be enthroned over the place - it is of importance for the townscape. As far as can be seen, the scale of the windows on the two-story elongated stable house is correct, except for three windows in the gable and in the courtyard area. The building is largely massive, the last extension was made around 1922, according to the owner. In the top of the gable on the village side you can find the motif of twin windows typical of rural buildings in the mid-19th century. The half-timbering on the side building consists of the usual parts such as beams, thresholds, stems, bars, struts. The windows have largely been preserved in their original condition, only an installation in the middle has changed the picture somewhat. The windows on the courtyard side of the stable house are divided into two parts, apparently also box windows. The ventilation openings in the knee area are striking details on the stable building.
