1739 (church); around 1500 (baptism); around 1730 (pulpit altar); 1861 (organ) Baroque hall church with retracted west tower, of architectural and local significance. Baroque hall church, plastered building with straight choir closure, west portal made of porphyry tuff. Inside: sacrament niche, portico pulpit altar, crucifix, baptismal font, organ by Conrad Geißler.

The Laue church was built in 1739 as a baroque hall church instead of a previous building. The west tower with its characteristic stepped tent roof, which is drawn into the curved hipped roof, is formative. The plastered building with a straight end of the choir has high arched windows that illuminate the church hall. The entrance to the church is formed by a porphyry portal on the west side. The interior shows a flat stucco ceiling, wooden galleries on the sides and a patron s lodge in the north. Much of the interior furnishings, such as the room-defining wooden pulpit altar with side passages to the Lord's Supper, also date from the 18th century; the remarkable sandstone baptism with a relief of the Fall and brass bowl from around 1500 is older. The organ built in 1861 on the west side of the church comes from Conrad Geißler from Eilenburg. The village church Laue with its furnishings is a historically and locally significant testimony to the Saxon baroque church architecture in rural areas.
