The List of Presidents of Serbia (SFR Yugoslavia) lists the Presidents of Serbia as a part of the Republic of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia .

The office of presidents ( President of the Presidium of SR Serbia , Serbo-Croatian: Predsednik Predsedništva SR Srbije ) was re-established (like the presidents of the other republics and provinces of Yugoslavia) by the Yugoslav constitutional reform of 1974. Previously, the speaker of parliament held the highest formal office at the level of the republics and provinces.

All presidents were members of the Union of Communists of Yugoslavia . On July 27, 1990, the Serbian national association of this party was transformed into the independent Socialist Party of Serbia under the leadership of Slobodan Milošević .
