List of Salvadoran ambassadors in Russia

The governments of the Russian Federation and El Salvador established diplomatic relations on June 3, 1992. In 1993 the Russian ambassador in Managua (Yevgeny Michailowitsch Astachow) was also accredited in San Salvador . In 1995 a Russian honorary consul was granted exequatur in San Salvador . The two states have waived a visa requirement since 2009 .

Since February 9, 2010, the Salvadoran embassy is located at Mytnaya ulitsa 3 in Moscow , where the embassies of Albania , Montenegro and Uruguay are also located
