Literary-practical citizen connection

The literary-practical citizen association , later also literary-practical citizen association , was founded in Riga in 1802 by the pastors August Albanus , Liborius von Bergmann and Karl Gottlob Sonntag . The Rigas city papers were published on their behalf from 1810 . As a charity, it celebrated its 125th anniversary in 1927.
