The Little Thredbo River is a river in the southeast of the Australian state of New South Wales .

It rises on the western slopes of Moonbah Mountain in Kosciuszko National Park , flows first to the northeast and then to the north. It flows into the Thredbo River below the Thredbo Mine at Bullocks Flat Terminal .
