LiveConfig is a web-based software for the configuration of web servers . This enables u. a. the management of web hosting offers, web server software ( Apache HTTP Server ), e-mail addresses, domains , databases , FTP access, disk quota , and much more
In contrast to other server management panels such as B. Confixx or Plesk , LiveConfig is completely programmed in C / C ++ and therefore does not require the usual Apache / PHP / MySQL environment. Web hosting contracts can be managed in the common hierarchies of administrator - reseller - end customer and also without a hierarchy. Several (web hosting) contracts can also be assigned to an end customer.
With an appropriate license, several systems can be managed via a central LiveConfig server; the communication between the systems takes place via its own proprietary protocol (LCCP - LiveConfig Client Protocol).
