Live act Academy of Dramatic Art

The Live act Academy of Dramatic Art (state-recognized vocational college for the performing arts in Stuttgart) is a German drama school .

In 1999, the live act academy was founded by acting coach Martin Leitzinger. The students receive a state-recognized degree. The training usually lasts three years and can be extended to four years with a year of practical experience. The drama students are eligible for BAföG .

The Live act Academy of Dramatic Art offers practice-oriented training and, in addition to the basic subject matter, conveys media-oriented specialist knowledge in its own studios. From the first year of training, engagements in theater, film and TV are permitted, which is promoted through cooperation with various theaters, film productions, casters, agencies and dubbing studios . Part of the training is project work, for example an interview with the Austrian cabaret artist, actor and author Josef Hader , theater groups at kindergartens and schools (youth development), reading tours through hospitals and nursing homes. Since October 2011, the Live act Academy has been promoting dementia with projects .
