The Route nationale 304 , shortly N 304 or RN 304 , was a French national road .

The road was laid between Joinville-le-Pont and Esternay in 1933 . In 1949 it was completely taken over by National Road 4 . From 1990 the number was used again the section from Aubenas to Loriol-sur-Drôme of the national road 104 , since the Francilienne was designated as N 104. In 2006 this road was then downgraded to the departmental roads  104 and 104 N.
