The N 433 A was a French national road and at the same time a branch of the national road N433.

The road ran from Pont-de-Vaux over the Saône to a junction with the national road N6 in Fleurville . The total length of this route was around 5 kilometers.

The side branch was established in 1933 and downgraded again in 1973 to Departement-Straße  933 A.

In the period from 1883 to 1933 the bridge over the Saône was signposted as a branch of the national road N6 with the road number N6 A. For a time it was a combined rail and road bridge.
