The Route nationale 389 , or N 389 or RN 389 for short, was a French national road from 1933 to 1973 that ran from Vireux-Molhain to the N388 7 kilometers north of Charleville-Mézières . Their length was 38 kilometers. In 1991 the number was given again for the Boulevard Jacques Bingen in Clermont-Ferrand as a side branch of the N89. In 2006 it was downgraded to D771.
