The Route nationale 429 , or N 429 or RN 429 for short , was a French national road .
The route led from Val-de-Meuse to an intersection with the N66 national road at Mattaincourt .
The road between the villages of Dombrot-le-Sec and Contrexéville was interrupted by the national road N64 .
The N429 crossed the health resort Vittel on its route .
The street number was added to the national road network in 1933. In 1973 it was downgraded to Département-Straße .
