Route national 306

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Route nationale 306 , or N 306 or RN 306 for short , was a French national road that was established in 1933 between Porte de Châtillon in Paris and Rambouillet. Between the city limits of Paris and the N186 it is the RD29 in the further course to Saclay out to the Gc73. In 1949 it was extended over the route of the N10 to Lèves, as the N10 was given a new route. In 1973 it was again shortened to Rambouillet and in 1978 it was split into two with the graduation between Petit-Clamart and Saclay. In 1991, further sections were staggered, so that only the part between Saclay and Courcelles-sur-Yvette remained. Since 2006 it has only connected the N118 with the A86.
