The Route nationale 394 , or N 394 or RN 394 for short , is a former French national road .

The road was first established in 1933 and at the same time added to the national road network.

The route of the road ran from a junction with the national road N44 , which is about 23 kilometers southeast of Reims , to Bar-le-Duc .

In 1973 the national road was downgraded on the entire route. It was in the department Road  rezoned D994.
