The Route nationale 354 , or N 354 or RN 354 for short , was a French national road .

The road was first paved in 1933 and ran in three parts from Carvin to Quiévrechain . In 1973 the whole street was downgraded to departmental streets. In 1987 the number between Lomme and Bondues was reassigned because the national road 352 running there was relocated to a parallel expressway. This street was downgraded to Départementsstraße 654 in 2006 .
