The Route nationale 328 , or N 328 or RN 328 for short , was a French national road that began in 1933 on the N14 A in Saint-Denis and led to Hérouville. In 1973 the route between Méry-sur-Oise and Hérouville was downgraded. In 1998 there was a complete downgrading in the Val-d'Oise department and then in 2006 from the department border to Saint-Denis.
