Martin B. Lehmann

Martin Benedikt Lehmann (born September 7, 1963 ; † November 24, 2011 in Ronco sopra Ascona , Canton Ticino ; resident in Zurich , St. Gallen and Gaiserwald ) was a Swiss politician ( SP ).

Life

Lehmann, born in 1963, was a businessman. He worked as a department head in the funds division at Credit Suisse .

Lehmann was president of the SP Unterägeri and former manager of the SP of the canton of Zug . He has been a member of the Zug Cantonal Council since 2003 . After his vice-presidency in the 2011/2012 year of office, he would have become president on a rotating basis. His main interest was financial and tax policy as well as social policy. He was president of the Aids-Hilfe Zug and the Zug Police Association. He was also a member of the business audit commission of the Lucerne University of Education (PHZ), the finance commission of his community Unterägeri and a member of the extended state economic commission.

Lehmann was found dead on November 24, 2011; he committed suicide .
