The N468 was a French national road from 1933 to 1973, which ran between Longvic and the N83 southeast of Sellières. Their length was 73 kilometers. At Longvic the road ran along a military airfield. In 1953 the road was closed for an airport expansion. The road to the airport was renumbered as a side branch of the N396. In 1967 the gap was closed again by a road on the other bank of the Canal de Bourgogne.
