The N115 was a French national road established in 1824 between Le Boulou and the Spanish border at the Col d'Ares. It goes back to route 135 impériale. Their length was 53 kilometers. The final road to the border pass was not completed until 1964. It was continued first in the Spanish Carretera Comarcales C-151 that came from Ripoll; today it is transferred to the Red Básica C-38 in the Generalidad de Cataluña. 1973 the N115 was phased out. From 1978 to 2006 there was another N115 in the urban area of Le Havre . It is the former N14 C . It is now a communal street.
