The Route nationale 127 , shortly N 127 or RN 127 , was a French national road .

The road was established between Montauban and Langon in 1824 and goes back to route 147 impériale. In 1949 national road 113 took over the section between Moissac and Langon. The length was 31 kilometers. In 1973 the national road 127 was completely graduated. In 1978 the national road 125 C , a Saint-Martory bypass , was designated as the N 127. Since 1996, this has been part of Autobahn 64 after expansion .
