The Route nationale 196 BIS , or N 196 BIS for short or RN 196 BIS , is a French national road on Corsica .

The road was laid between Bastia and Saint-Florent in 1862 . In doing so, she took over a short section of route forestière 4 and a longer section of the RF5. In 1933 the number was renumbered N194. This was graduated in 1973 and today bears the number D69.
