The Route nationale 116 , or N 116 or RN 116 for short , is a French national road that was established in 1824 between Perpignan and Bourg-Madame. It goes back to route impériale 136. Their length is 100 kilometers. Between Perpignan and Ille-sur-Têt it was placed on an expressway north of the original route.
