The Route nationale 148 Bis , or N 148 Bis or RN 148 Bis for short , was a French national road .

The national road was established in 1862 between an intersection with national road 147 in the north-west of Poitiers and Nantes . It had no direct intersection with national road 148 and goes back to route stratégique  1 and department road  2. In 1978 it was rededicated to National Road 149 . In the meantime, this national road is gradually being replaced by the national road 249 , which is being built parallel as a new expressway.
