The Route nationale 121 , or N 121 or RN 121 for short , was a French national road .

history

The route of the national road 121 was established in 1824 between Saint-Flour and Bozouls -La Rotonde and goes back to the route impériale 141. In 1889 it was shortened to Espalion , because the N120 took over the section between Bozouls-La Rotonde and Espalion by changing the route. The total length was 85 kilometers. In 1973 the road was completely stepped down. From 1978 to 1995 the section between Brive-la-Gaillarde and Saint-Chamant of national road 680 was signposted as the N 121.
