The N108 was a French national road that was established in 1824 between the N87 (from 1949 N113) near Montpellier and Sète. It goes back to the route impériale 128. Their length was 26 kilometers. In 1933 it was extended to Agde via Chemin de Grade Communication 38 in the Hérault department, increasing the length to 48 kilometers. In 1973 it was taken over by the N112. In 1978 the road between Marvejols and Barjac, which was only established in 1966 as a section of the N600, was renumbered as the N108. This is graduated from 2006.
