The N184 is a French national road established between Versailles and Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône in 1824. It consisted of two parts that were separated by the N13. Their total length was 29 kilometers. 1978 N186 took over the section between Versailles and port Martly, moreover, the N184 on the paths of the N184 was C , N184 D and N322 D out. In 1984 the expressway was extended to Frépillon and in 1985 to the N1 at L'Isle-Adam. The section between the A115 and the Francilienne junction will become part of this in future.

The N184 A was a branch of the N184 that ran parallel to it west of Louvenciennes. Their length was 2 kilometers. In 1973 it was renumbered to N386 and downgraded in 1991.

The N184 B was a branch of the N184, which branched off from it in Louveciennes and led to the Château de Madame du Barry. It was downgraded to a communal street (Avenue Saint-Martin) in 1969.
N184c
The N184 C emerged from part of the N184 when it was led north and west around Saint-Germain-en-Laye onto the N13 in 1960. In 1973 it was renumbered to N284 and downgraded to D284 in 1991.
N184d
The N184 D was a French national road that was created in 1974 as an expressway from the N184 at the Seine bridge at Conflans-Sainte-Honorine and ran to junction 7 of the A15. Continued she found in the N322 D . In 1978 it was renumbered to N184.
