The Route nationale 838 , or N 838 or RN 838 for short , was a French national road that ran in three sections from Versailles to Angerville from 1933 to 1973 . Their total length was 57.5 kilometers. Between Saint-Escobille and Pussay , the road ran three times for short stretches through the Eure-et-Loir department , where it is now known as Route départementale  938.
