The N801 B was a French national road that was established as a side branch of the N13 as early as 1858. It ran to Tourlaville together with the branch to Fort des Flamands and then branched off to Mare de Tourlaville. 1933 but it was not until Numbered and here as N801 B referred. In 1971 it became a communal road.
