The Route nationale 855 , or N 855 or RN 855 for short , is a former French national road .

This street number was added to the national road network in 1957. It goes back to Départementstraße 17. The road branched off from the former N53bis (at times as the national road N153; today signposted as the department road D654) in Malling and led via Kerling-lès-Sierck , Remeling and Waldwiese to the German border near Silwingen .

In 1973 the street was downgraded to a department street and has been numbered D855 ever since. The street is completely in the Moselle department . It crossed the no longer existing national road N856 (today marked as Department Road D856) to the west of Kirschnänke.
