The F10 was a road in Corsica that was established in 1854 by the Décret Impérial in 1782. It was created to open up Corsican forests for the timber industry. Operated by the state, it was a national road. It was planned from Propriano in the Forêt de Vallemala. It was never realized in this form and in 1880 it was replaced by another route that led from Ghisonaccia to Ghisoni. Their length was 27 kilometers. In 1973 it was downgraded.
