The route forestière 8 was a road on Corsica , which through the 1854 Décret Impérial was set in the year 1782nd It was created to open up one of Corsica's forests for the timber industry. Operated by the state, it was a national road. The F8 ran from the port in Galéria to Ométa. It was interrupted by National Road 199 . Their total length was 21 kilometers. In 1973 it was downgraded.
