The F3 was a road in Corsica that was established in 1854 by the Décret Impérial in 1782. It was created to open up one of Corsica's forests for the timber industry. Operated by the state, it was a national road. The F3 branched off from the N199 in Lozari and led into the Forêt de la Tartagine interrupted by the N197. Their total length was 40 kilometers. In 1973 the part between the N199 and N197 became part of the new route of the N197; the rest was graduated.
