The F11 was a road in Corsica that was established in 1854 by the Décret Impérial in 1782. It was created to open up one of Corsica's forests for the timber industry. Operated by the state, it was a national road. The F11 initially led from Porto-Vecchio to the Forêt de Barocaggio. In 1893 it was extended to Zonza. Their length was 39 kilometers. In 1973 it was downgraded.
