The F12 was a road in Corsica that was established in 1854 by the Décret Impérial in 1782. It was created to open up one of Corsica's forests for the timber industry. Operated by the state, it was a national road. The F12 branched off from the N196 in Cauro and led into the Forêt de Tova. Their length was 17 kilometers. In 1973 it was downgraded.
