The F13 was a road in Corsica that was established in 1854 by the Décret Impérial in 1782. It was created to open up one of Corsica's forests for the timber industry. Operated by the state, it was a national road. The F13 branched off from the N197 southeast of Calvi and led into the Forêt de Calenzana. Their length was 18 kilometers. In 1973 it was downgraded.
