The Route nationale 312 , or N 312 or RN 312 for short , was a French national road. It was established in 1933 as the road between Rouen and Le Havre. A section goes back to the Gc81. In the same year it was taken over by the N182 and then part of the N180 A and the entire N180 B between Fiquefleur-Equainville and Toutainville were replaced by another N312. In 1973 this leadership was downgraded. In 1978 the N112 A , the southern bypass of Agde, was renumbered to the N312. In 1982 the N312 was extended to junction 34 of the A9 and in 1985 the N112, which ran through Agde, was moved to the bypass, so that the N312 was shortened. In 2006, the graduation of the remaining road D612 was made A .
N312a
The N312 A was 1933-1959 a side branch of the N312, in Berville-sur-Mer branched off from this and went through the town to the banks of the Seine, where a ferry landing was. With the opening of the Pont de Tancarville, the ferry was discontinued and the road was graduated to the municipal road. The ferry connected the N312 A with the N182 B . The N312 A emerged from part of the N180 A , which was established in 1933 and then disbanded.
