The Route nationale 351 , shortly N 351 or RN 351 , was a French national road in 1933 for the first time has been set. It ran from Orsinval eastwards to the Belgian border at Momignies. The 50 kilometer long street was renumbered in 1973 to a department street. In 1978 the number came into use again for the eastern part of the Boulevard Périphérique in Lille. Today this street bears the number D651.
