The Route nationale 415 , or N 415 or RN 415 for short , is a former French national road .

Until 2006, the road ran from Saint-Dié-des-Vosges to the German border near Breisach am Rhein , where it merged into Bundesstraße 31 . In its course, it crossed the Vosges main ridge on the Col du Bonhomme , which is 949 meters above sea level . During the Second World War, the section from the border to Colmar was part of Reichsstraße 31 .
