The Route nationale 321 , or N 321 or RN 321 for short , was a French national road established in 1933 between Elbeuf and Forges-les-Eaux. In 1973 it was downgraded to Département-Straße. In 1978 the N311 A was renumbered to N321. In 1991 the road running between Houilles and Le Chesnay was downgraded to the D321.
