The N13bis was a French national road that was created in 1949 when the major axes were reformed from parts of the N14 and N182. It ran between the N13 west of Bonnières-sur-Seine and Le Havre. Their length was 156 kilometers. In the 1960s, the road south of Val-de-Reuil was given a tour of a new construction route and also took over part of the N154. In 1978, the 1972 reform resulted in the renumbering to N15, which was downgraded in 2006.
