The N14 A was a branch of the N14 that was laid down in 1831. He branched off from this in Sannois and ran to Argenteuil . The length was 3.5 kilometers. In 1933 it was integrated into the N309 . At the same time the N14 was given a new route to Paris . The old route between Epinay-sur-Seine and Saint-Denis was thus to N14 A . The length of this section was 2 kilometers. This became the N214 in 1978 and the RNIL214 in 2006.
