Sannois ( Seine-et-Oise ) is a city with 26,662 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in France , 15 kilometers northwest of Paris . It belongs to the Val-d'Oise department and the Argenteuil-1 canton . The neighboring municipalities are Argenteuil , Cormeilles-en-Parisis , Franconville , Ermont , Eaubonne and Saint-Gratien .
