Fleury-sur-Andelle is located about 21 kilometers southeast of Rouen on the Andelle , a right northern tributary of the Seine . Fleury-sur-Andelle is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Vandrimare in the north, Charleval in the east, Val d'Orger with Grainville in the south and Radepont in the west.

The former Routes nationales 14 (today's D6014) and 321 (today's D321) lead through the municipality .
