Bernouville is a French municipality with 303 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys and the canton of Gisors . The inhabitants are called Bernouvillois .

Bernouville is located about 78 kilometers east-southeast of Rouen . Bernouville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bézu-Saint-Éloi in the north and east, Neaufles-Saint-Martin in the south-east, Dangu in the south, Chauvincourt-Provemont in the west and south-west and Étrépagny in the north-west.
