Flipou is a French municipality with 324 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys and the canton of Romilly-sur-Andelle (until 2015 Fleury-sur-Andelle ). The inhabitants are called Filipipinghiens .

Flipou is about 30 kilometers southeast of Rouen . Flipou is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Romilly-sur-Andelle in the north and north-west, Pont-Saint-Pierre in the north and north-east, Amfreville-les-Champs in the east, Heuqueville in the south-east and Amfreville-sous-les-Monts in the south and west.
